Inverclyde Community Development Trust delivers a programme of activity around supporting socially isolated individuals through our ‘Volunteer Befriending’ project, covering the whole of Inverclyde. We are looking for an individual to support the Befriending Coordinator with the delivery of Trust Befriending Services with admin and outreach as to recruit more volunteers to our project.  Candidates must be confident and articulate individuals who enjoy interacting with the public, meeting new people and are willing to learn new skills. The successful candidate will be well organised and maintain a good knowledge of social media use as well as an ability to work independently.

ELIGIBILITY (FOR ALL FUTURE JOBS POSTS):

·     Applicants must be within 16 – 29 age group

·        Unemployed (not in education, employment or training)

·        Inverclyde Resident

·        Not previously had a Future Jobs post previously
