Salary: Dependent on experience

Job Description

Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.

Contributing to the creation of new menu items and specials

Assisting the Head Chef throughout the kitchen, and the ability to fulfil their responsibilities in the Head Chef’s absence

Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Preparing ingredients ensuring great attention to detail for the menu specs provided.

Work alongside Head Chef to ensure kitchen is organised and operating to a high standard.

 

The Ideal candidate will be;

Experienced Chef with at least five years of experience.

Able to assist to minimising wastage alongside the Head Chef.

In the absence of the Head Chef able to lead a strong team and implement the tasks set by the Head Chef.

Experienced in working towards targets and contributing new ideas to improve practice and procedures

Strong focus on attention to detail.

Passionate about quality food.

Friendly and upbeat personality.

Salary/Wage negotiable dependant on experience and hours
