Meal Prep Production Chefs

Job Types: Full-time and Part Time, Permanent

Location: Greenock PA15

Salary: NMW

 

Key Performance Indicators below but not limited to :

FOLLOW FOOD SAFE GUIDELINES AND ALL RELATED HACCP DOCUMENTATION IS COMPLETED ON EVERY SHIFT.

ENSURE ANY OTHER COMPANY DOCUMENTATION IS COMPLETED CORRECTLY. EG : ORDER SHEETS, PREP SHEETS, CLEANING ROTAS

USE SPEC SHEETS FOR ALL DISHES AND UPDATE ANY DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED BY LAW, EG ALLERGY SHEETS AND RISK ASSESMENTS.

ENSURE ALL OUR FOOD IS CONSISTANTLY PRODUCED TO SPEC

TAKE PART IN ANY TRAINING PROVIDED AND IMPLEMENT ANY NEW PROCESSES AND/OR PROCEDURES.

ENSURE ALL FOOD IS PREPARED IN A TIMELEY MANNER.

ENSURE THE UNIT HAS ENOUGH STOCK TO TRADE AT ALL TIMES

ENSURE THE TARGET GP PERCENTAGE IS MET EACH WEEK

CONDUCT A FULL BRAND STANDARD CHECK ( BSC ) EACH MONTH

ENGAGE WITH OWNERS AND MANAGERS TO HELP PLAN MENUS IN ADVANCE ( 3 MONTHS AHEAD IN GENERAL, 9 MONTHS FOR XMAS ) FOR SPECIAL OCASSIONS AND KEY DATES. EG: XMAS, EASTER, VALENTINES DAY. SET MENUS FOR LARGE PARTIES.

FOSTER A POSITIVE WORKING ENVIROMENT WITH YOUR TEAM TO ENSURE WE RETAIN GOOD STAFF MEMBERS.
