Location: Gourock

Salary: Dependent on experience

Job Description

To assist the manager and assistant manager with the day-to-day operation of the business by ensuring your shift is running smoothly and efficient.

Manage and lead the team to ensure customer service standards are being met.

Responsible for opening and closing of the business.

Completing weekly orders.

Training new staff members.

 

The Ideal candidate will be;

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Have a passion for hospitality with a fun, friendly and bubbly personality.

Good time keeping and reliable.

Be focused on service and standards.

Be able to work within a team

Be able to follow clear direction and adapt to change.

Must be fully flexible as shifts change on a weekly basis.
